Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time payment. You keep it and receive all future updates at no extra cost.
How do I activate Pro?
After purchase we email you an activation code. In InSnap open Settings › Account & license, paste the code and click Activate — no sign-in needed. To see or remove the devices using your code, sign in on this website with your purchase email.
How many devices can I use it on?
Up to 3 devices per license. Getting a new computer? Remove the old device in Settings › Account & license — or on your license page — then activate on the new computer with the same code.
Does Pro work offline?
Yes. The license is verified on your device and renews quietly in the background whenever you’re online. If you stay offline for more than about two weeks, connect once to renew it.
Does one license cover macOS and Windows?
Yes. A license is not tied to an operating system: the same activation code works on macOS and Windows, and its 3 devices can mix the two freely.
I lost my activation code.
Sign in on the license page and choose “Email me a new activation code”. If you can’t sign in, write to [email protected] from the address you used to purchase.
What happens when my Cloud subscription ends?
You keep read-only access for 30 days so you can download or delete your files. New uploads stop, and share links stop working once the subscription lapses. Files are deleted 90 days after the subscription ends.
Can I get a refund?
Please read the Refund Policy. In short: the free version lets you try before you buy, and we’ll make it right if activation fails or Pro doesn’t work as described.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are handled by our payment provider, which processes your payment, handles taxes and sends your receipt. We never see your card number.
